Welcome to the East Gate Swim and Tennis Club! East Gate is a community swim and tennis facility dedicated to providing its members with a clean, modern and friendly place to enjoy the long days of summer, participate in competitive swimming and diving, take swim lessons, receive tennis instruction, and make new friends. We welcome new members from not only the surrounding community, but also from all over the area. Because of our efficient management, we are able to offer all of the above at exceptional rates. While it is our hope that everyone who joins the club will be with us for many years, we also understand the transient nature of the area and thus offer several membership options.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: Returning East Gate members, your account information is already loaded into the system. Just like last year, you can manage your account yourself, including adding/removing family members, updating billing and contact information, paying your dues, and more. To login, click on the Manage Account link under the Members menu above or simply click here. The Email Address to use for logging in is the email address entered for the primary member on your account last year. For couples and families, if your address doesn’t work, it is likely the address of your spouse. Having trouble logging in or not sure what email address is on file from last year? Click here to email us for support. If you have not logged in before, your Password is simply the word password — use that to log in the first time; you’ll be asked to then change it to something secure. If you logged in last season, then your password is the one you chose.
New Members: Welcome! We’re glad to have you. To register online and pay your dues, please select the Register link from the Members menu above or click here. You have two choices for memberships: You can sign up for a Summer membership, which is good for one season and requires no initial fees or deposits; or you can elect to pay a one time, non-refundable Association fee of $500 and get reduced dues every year. This is a great option if you expect to be in the community for a while.
Associate Member: Associate members will be full members of the association upon payment of a $500, non-refundable association fee. Associate members receive full status upon completion of payment of this fee. If preferred, this fee may be paid in two installments of $250 at the start of two consecutive summers. These individuals will have the same voting privileges as current bond-holding members and will be entitled to a reduced annual membership cost. The rate reduction will never be less than $100, meaning that after five years, and potentially fewer, they will have recouped their initial investment in the club and will still be eligible for the lower rate. Single and couples memberships are also entitled to a reduced membership rate once payment of the association fee is received.
Summer Member: We will continue to accept summer members so long as the number of associate members does not exceed our membership capacity. Summer members do not pay the association fee but will pay higher annual dues, will not have voting privileges or be eligible to serve on the board, and do not have their place in the club guaranteed from year to year. This membership option is designed for those who generally are not sure they will be in the area for more than a few years but is open to all.
Help us Grow the East Gate Family! East Gate would like to expand its current membership base this coming summer, and what better way to do it than with singles, couples and families who our current members already know. If you have a friend who would like to join East Gate this summer, please contact us via email from the link on our homepage and provide us with his or her email address, or simply direct your friend to our site. If your friend joins the club, we’ll provide you with a $50 guest card as our way of saying thanks. For more information, please email us.

Two Person memberships are designed for those who do not have children or whose children have left home. However, a single parent with one child may also purchase a two person membership.
Accompanied guests are always welcome. The fee for guests is $5 per person daily. Prepaid guest cards are available at the club or may be purchased when completing the membership form.
